Lighting Service Technicians for the following locations and shifts:
- Orange County, CA: day-shift
- Orange County, CA: night-shift
- LA County, CA: day-shift
All of our personnel are fully-trained technicians in neon and fluorescent sign repair as well as all facets of area lighting such as mercury vapor and high-pressure sodium. Day-Lite Maintenance also has a team specializing in trouble-shooting underground and building electrical wiring and are on-call 24/7, 365 days-a-year.
Brief summary of duties:
- Exterior lighting service – retail, industrial and aerial-ladder work
- Responsible for installation of lamps, ballasts and other lighting components into various types of fixtures
- Should be able to trouble-shoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures
- Will be required to work on ladders and lifts up to 55 feet
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivator, work independently and able to complete assignments in a responsible and timely manner
- Must be able to complete paperwork accurately
- Must have his own tools and will be required to maintain a company-provided service truck in a neat and organized fashion
Experience required:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous lighting/electrical experience required
- Must have good organizational and communication skills
- Must have a clean DMV record
- The following work experiences are a plus but not required:
- Three-phase
- Aerial-boom
- Crane operator
